Time to check the fine print and finalise those last minute changes.

The key term here to understand is “Fixed Price”.

All Adenbrook contracts are protected from unexpected material cost increases under the fixed priced agreement.

This ensures everything that is stated in your contract will be delivered.

Signing your contract.

It's time to sign on the dotted line and relax. You've done all the planning and now your home starts to come to life.

As you sign your final contract your plans become lodged and legal.

The banks, council and Adenbrook all give you the green light and now you can relax.

Your hard work is done. Now the trades take over.

Stage 4. Understanding construction

Meeting the builder.

Before we start construction it's time to meet your building supervisor.

It's important that while your home is under construction that you have a contact onsite to talk to.

If some urgent last minute changes need to be made then you have a contact who can help. Or if your just after an update...Just make a call.

The building process.

Your home is under construction. How long will it take? Well that depends.

Your home design, together with mother nature will determine your building time.

Most single storey homes are finished in under 5 months, while doubles storey homes take a little longer.

Adenbrook have building guarantees that ensure things don't get held up. If they do, there is some financial support to tide you over until you move in.

Time to get the keys.

Your home is finally ready and you get to see, touch and experience everything.

On hand-over day the owner of the Adenbrook business will personally walk through your new home with you, proudly showing you all the stunning features of your new home.
