  • Purchase your land.

Stage 2. Choose your home

  • As a guide allocate 80% of your home budget to the base home price.
  • Find the home design to suit your lifestyle. Consider bedrooms, car accommodation, room to grow, room to work and room to live.
  • Pay your deposit and secure your site start date.
  • Use your reserved budget (20%) for your extras.

Stage 3. Personalise & sign

  • Review your fixed price home proposal.
  • Sign your proposal, pay your deposit and lodge your building application.
  • Receive and review your building contract.
  • Choose colours, fixtures and fittings with interior designer.

Stage 4. Building your home

  • Meet with building supervisor on site to discuss construction.
  • Review progress and approve staged payment with bank.
  • Book removalist and notify rental your agent.
  • Move in!
